HOTEL FERDINANDO II, BIEN PERO MEJORABLE

la ubicación, sobre todo,

la limpieza de suelo, no tener mando de la television habiendo informado al conserje de que no había, el cambio de toallas se olvidó, quizás con un poco más de atención o de control con respecto a estos temas estaría mejor.......para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas le hace falta un poco mas de atención, en cambio la ubicación y la habitación están muy bien.

Limpieza de baños mala , tapa WC rota, suelta se solicitó reparación y no hubo solución, Televisión en mal estado , dos noches durmiendo con pantalla encendida color azul , día y noche. Tampoco se reparó. Teléfono y citofono en mal estado. Aseo del baño y dormitorio deficiente.

Disappointing

The room was very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious, the bathroom was clean. The room included a TV, desk, large bed, shower, etc. I have no complaints about the room.

It is listed that WiFi is available in rooms, this is completely incorrect. I asked the receptionist for the WiFi password and he provided me with a list of passwords that did not work, he either had no idea or didn't really care to fix the issue. He simply said that he would call maintenance (that didn't happen in our entire stay) or we could use the WiFi that is only provided to a small seating area in front of the reception desk. Incredibly disappointing that this is listed as one of the features of the hotel, this should be removed to better represent what you will actually receive on your stay. The hotel is also on a very busy main street, we were given a room with a window that looks right out onto a restaurant, so don't expect it to be quiet until about 1am.

- Bed was comfortable, and the room did the job. Somewhere to sleep, and it is what it is for a budget room. - The TV was a nice size, we don't speak italian so it was useless, but it would be nice for those who do. - There was a good sized wardrobe and drawers etc for storage. - The staff are nice, very helpful and friendly. - There is a bus stop outside if you are planning on using transport - The pillows were decent, this isn't always the case in cheaper hotels.

A few points that were maybe lacking, but didn't really bother us too much - Shower head didn't work so we had to use the handheld attachment. - the plaster was crumbling off all the walls, quite a lot of damage to the walls. - there was no shower door so the water would spray all over the tile floor, but we just mopped it with towels. - there was no duvet sheets, so it was just an exposed duvet that had dark stains on. - water pressure on the top floor was poor so the toilet didn't really flush if anyone elses room had also used theirs - The WIFI didn't reach to our room, there apparently is WIFI on every floor, but our floors box either wasn't on, or wasn't strong enough to be found. I could only get the lobby WIFI when I was down there. - A few times the staff did seem to be asleep on the lobby couch in the mornings, not quite sure what was going on there. It is worth noting this isn't a 'bad' hotel, its just small and budget. We didn't feel like we were in some kind of Dodgy Hostel or anything. Despite the drawbacks, it is fine if you are wanting a cheap stay, about 20/25 mins walk from the centre of Naples.

it suited our purposes

it is a very basic hotel. definitely not 4 star. room window was small and high up so zero view. room was pretty small. no bar/restaurant but surrounded by cafes, shops and restaurants (mostly fish or pizza) Hotel was perfectly situated for the bus to and from the airport (we stayed as our flight was cancelled) The staff were polite and cheerful

it was very basic. no view from the room at all due to window being high and small. it is not a four star hotel but more like a two star, but not unpleasant. Work being done to top floor so a lot of noise in the morning.

Cute hotel and clean. Good central location.

A "quadruple room" was a normal room with 2 extra beds shoved in meaning it was super cramped. Next time don't show me a booking for a quadruple room if this is the level of room space provided. Extremely disappointed. Shower head was broken. No basic facilities like extra pillow when requested, or cups even though a kettle was there. Apparently the hotel has no cups! Electric outlets were not functional except 2, which were loose and no adaptors at the hotel to actually be able to use the electrical points. A/C knob was broken. We also had to actually request something as basic as toilet paper!
